Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope

We provide online and hybrid career programs in data science, artificial intelligence, software development, cloud computing, and emerging tech. Our offerings include live mentor sessions, recorded lectures, assessments, hands-on projects, industry certifications, and career support services. Specific program details, schedules, and deliverables are outlined on individual course pages and enrollment agreements.

2. Program Access & Account Responsibility

To access certain programs and services, you must create an account and provide accurate personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The sharing of credentials or allowing unauthorized access to our learning platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Learning Resources & Access Duration

• Access to live classes, LMS dashboards, downloadable materials, assessments, and cloud lab environments is valid for the designated duration of your enrolled program.
• Lifetime or extended LMS access (where specified in particular course plans) allows access to recorded learning materials, subject to platform availability and technology maintenance.
• The company reserves the right to update, revise, or sunset course content as industry tools and curricula evolve.

4. Mentorship and Delivery Support

Programs are delivered by expert industry mentors. A dedicated learner support executive is allocated to each student to address queries related to academic progress, scheduling, project submissions, and platform access. Live mentor schedules are subject to reasonable change with prior notice, and recordings will be made available for missed sessions.

5. Career Support Services

Career services, where offered (including resume review, LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, portfolio guidance, and placement support assistance), are designed to enhance employability. Placement support is provided in good faith and requires active student participation, timely submission of assigned capstones, and attendance of mandatory interview preparatory sessions. Fadely does not guarantee employment or salary figures unless explicitly governed under an approved written guarantee agreement.

6. Program Pause and Change

• You may request a temporary pause or batch deferral in your program due to valid medical emergencies or documented personal reasons, subject to written management approval.
• Program batch changes or deferrals must be submitted within 14 calendar days of program start. Any requests beyond this timeframe may attract an administrative re-allocation fee.
• Any request for batch substitution or extension beyond 6 months from the original start date is subject to new curriculum fees or batch availability.

7. Fee Payment

• Full payment or verified initial installment payment must be completed prior to receiving official LMS credentials and batch commencement.
• Payments can be made through one-time upfront payment or approved financing / loan options offered by external NBFC partners.
• Program fees are non-refundable once the course commencement date has passed, except as stated under our Refund Policy.
• Any default in installment / loan repayments may result in immediate suspension of LMS access until dues are cleared.

8. User Conduct

• You agree to act respectfully towards mentors, staff, and fellow peers in all online and offline learning environments.
• Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, sharing inappropriate content, or spamming communication channels is strictly prohibited.
• Academic integrity is strictly enforced; plagiarism, automated code submission cheating, or unauthorized sharing of test material will lead to expulsion.
• You agree not to distribute, duplicate, or commercially exploit any course materials, code bases, or recording repositories.

9. Content Ownership

All learning materials, including curriculum designs, video lectures, code repositories, presentations, design files, assessment tests, and brand assets, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Fadely Education Technology. You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access learning materials solely for your personal educational use. You may not record, resell, reproduce, or publish any part of the course materials without written consent from the Company.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke platform access without refund if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms of Service.
• You provide false or misleading identity or credential verification information.
• You engage in fraudulent payment transactions or default on financing payments.
• You violate code of conduct or commit intellectual property infringement.
• We are required to do so by applicable statutory law or regulatory authority directives.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Fadely Education Technology and its directors, officers, mentors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of career opportunities, loss of data, or operational disruptions arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our platform or educational services.

12. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use our platform only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms.

14. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
